Just started a home modification loan. Hopefully, it will be approved. I've had to edit my profile to avoid personal attack. But, am having a hard time with the economy, just like everyone else. $130 electric bill due soon
update: June 9, 2010 Knock on the door, foreclosure notice. House goes up for auction in October. $13,000 is needed to help me keep my house. Seriously, they wouldnt take the payments I had. They wanted all the back pay or nothing. And then, I didnt hear from them for two months on the failed modification loan. I contacted them and suddenly the ball is rolling again to sell my home. I really think they dont want to work with home owners in this bad economy.
